Keeping residents, staff and our wider community safe is non-negotiable in everything we do.
Assisted Comfort Communities CIC adopts a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, neglect and exploitation. Our safeguarding framework reflects current statutory guidance and good practice across the supported housing sector.
Our approach
- Clear safeguarding policy with named lead and designated officers
- Staff trained and DBS-checked appropriate to role
- Clear referral pathways into statutory safeguarding processes
- Regular review, audit and learning from incidents
