If something isn't right, please tell us. We take all complaints seriously and use feedback to improve.
How to make a complaint
- Tell us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly when raised early.
- If you'd prefer, put it in writing by email to hello@assistedcomfortcommunities.org.
- We'll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.
If you're not satisfied
If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you can escalate to the appropriate independent body for the service involved. We'll signpost you to the right route at the point of response.
Anonymous concerns
We accept anonymous concerns, but they can be harder to investigate. Where possible, please provide contact details so we can resolve issues fairly.
