Partner organisations and referral professionals involved in an individual's placement and support
NHS teams where part of an agreed support plan

Property owners and maintenance contractors (limited to necessary information)
Our professional advisers (legal, audit, insurance)

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data outside the UK without appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep your data

Unsuccessful referral data: 12 months from decision
Tenancy and resident records: 6 years after tenancy ends
Safeguarding records: in line with statutory guidance
Professional contact data: duration of the working relationship plus 2 years
Website enquiry data: 12 months
