- Tenancy data: tenancy agreements, occupancy records, rent payment information
- Special category data: health information, ethnicity and other sensitive data where necessary for the provision of supported accommodation
- Professional contact data: names, roles, organisations and contact details of referral professionals and partner organisations
- Website data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies (see our Cookie Policy)

- Referral forms submitted by partners, organisations and referral professionals
- Direct communication with residents, professionals and partners
- Tenancy sign-up and property management processes
- Our website contact and referral enquiry forms
- Third parties including partner organisations and referral professionals working with the individual

- To assess and process referrals for supported accommodation
- To manage tenancies, occupancy agreements and rent
- To coordinate with support partners and referral organisations
- To maintain property safety, compliance and statutory records
- To fulfil our safeguarding responsibilities
- To deliver and evaluate our community programmes
- To respond to enquiries from professionals and the public
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
5. Legal basis for processing
- Contract: performance of a tenancy or occupancy agreement
- Legal obligation: safeguarding, housing compliance, health and safety
- Legitimate interests: service improvement and partnership coordination
- Vital interests: protecting someone's life or safety
- Consent: where you have given clear consent for a specific purpose
- Substantial public interest: special category data processed in connection with supported housing and safeguarding
6. Who we share your data with
- Partner organisations and referral professionals involved in an individual's placement and support
- NHS teams where part of an agreed support plan
- Safeguarding authorities and emergency services where required
- Property owners and maintenance contractors (limited to necessary information)
- Our professional advisers (legal, audit, insurance)
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data outside the UK without appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep your data
- Unsuccessful referral data: 12 months from decision
- Tenancy and resident records: 6 years after tenancy ends
- Safeguarding records: in line with statutory guidance
- Professional contact data: duration of the working relationship plus 2 years
- Website enquiry data: 12 months
