Four programme strands, one community focus
Sports & Wellbeing
Group sport, fitness sessions, walking groups and movement-based wellbeing — building physical health, confidence and connection. Outcomes include improved physical wellbeing, social connection and engagement with structured activity.
Life Skills
Practical, hands-on workshops covering cooking and nutrition, household management, budgeting, digital skills and employment readiness — directly building independence.
Art Therapy
Creative-expression and art-therapy sessions delivered with qualified facilitators. A key part of our offer for residents recovering from trauma or rebuilding identity — and a natural fit for Arts Council and creative-sector funders.
Community Events
Seasonal, cultural and outreach events that bring residents and the wider community together — supporting belonging, integration and reducing isolation.

We publish anonymised case studies as our programmes mature. Detailed examples are available to funders, referral professionals and partners on request.
